What is your greatest weakness?  You're not alone if this is you're least favorite interview question.  We all have weaknesses, watch the video and learn how to answer it like a pro.

By following PAR model, you can show your initiative to overcome weakness, and hiring managers can see your ability to learn and grow. Rather than just turning your strength to weaknesses, this gives much depth to your answer.

1.  Problem: Identify your weakness

2.  Action: What actions did you take in order to overcome the weakness? (go into detail)

3.  Result: What was the positive result that you got?

Action Items:

• Watch the video
• Identify 3 weaknesses that you have overcome or you've been working on
• Outline how you've overcome or improved on this weakness using the PAR model
• Practice your answer out loud until it feels natural

Note do not pick weaknesses that will prevent you from getting hired. Choose ones that secretly strengths ex: I have been told I work too hard.
