College Inventory

Time to start thinking about what will come after high school so that you can plan during your next 3 years at Wilson! Remember the career you chose at the end of your Continuing Education Project? Let's start with that and then you can explore others later. 

1. Research and respond to this assignment with 2-3 majors (or trade programs if your career goals do not require a degree) that will help you meet your career goals. 

Tip: try searching something like this: "undergrad majors for (teaching)" or "common undergrad degrees for (fill in the blank with your career)"

2. Go to this website and start the college search: College Board

Begin filtering based on what you know. For example, your major! Click the "Filters" button.

3. In this assignment response, write down 4 colleges that may work for you after filtering based on your preferences!  

One must be a public Texas school.

One must be a private school. 

One must be out of state.
